The K-Pop group TWICE have released their 14th mini-album, Strategy. The album is led by its title track, a confident collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion that arrives with a music video that finds the group practicing their knife throwing skills. The artists previously collaborated on last October’s “Mamushi (Remix),” which appeared on the rapper’s 2024 record MEGAN ACT II. Strategy is out now.
TWICE is composed of Jihyo, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. Other tracks on the record include the English-language track “Kiss My Troubles Away”; “Keeper,” which features lyrics solely written by Dahyun and “Sweetest Obsession,” a surprise release from the group’s special fan meeting in October.
In February, TWICE released their 13th mini-album With YOU-th, which earned the group their first No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The album included the feel-good hit “One Spark,” which was produced by earattack, who also worked on “Strategy.” The track’s video features the group dancing on a (closed) Chuncheon Bridge.
With YOU-th also topped Billboard’s Top Album Sales and World Albums charts, marking the group’s fourth and sixth #1 placements on these charts, respectively. The album cemented TWICE as having the most top 10 debuts on the chart among all K-Pop female acts, now totaling five. TWICE brought those songs on the road as part of their “Ready to Be” world tour, which included Ready to Be Once More, a one-night-only performance at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium. The tour included a stop at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium, a first for any K-Pop girl group.
In 2025, TWICE will appear as special guests for the Korean dates of Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres World Tour. “We’re thrilled to perform as the special guest for the one and only Coldplay Music Of The Spheres World Tour! Get excited for that TWICE X Coldplay synergy as well as amazing visuals and performances,” TWICE wrote on Instagram.
